Jesus
The Word became flesh and walked among us.
John 1:1-14
Jesus was born through the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is God. Jesus is without sin.
The Holy Spirit in Jesus raised Him from the dead to eternal life
Sin had no hold on Him.
Man
Man is born of the flesh and has a sinful nature.
The wages of sin is death.
Christ suffered death for us so that we might have eternal life.
For man to have eternal life he must be “born again”,
If the spirit of God that raised Christ is in you, you will
rise to eternal life.
Salvation
Through salvation we become born again.
We are saved by grace through faith not by works
Repent and be baptized with the Holy Spirit
Declare and believe. Believe and receive the Holy Spirit.
The New Creation
The born-again person has 2 ways to live.
1. To struggle with sin trying to live through
Their sinful nature.
A. Our sinful nature cannot stop sinning.
B. Thoughts, desires, works directed by
our sinful nature leads to death and
will not rise with you.
2. To Let the Holy Spirit take over their life
and Live through the Holy Spirit.
A. The Holy Spirit is without sin.
B. Thoughts, desires, works directed by
the Holy Spirit will rise with you to
Eternal Life.
Love
God commands us to Love one another.
Love is walking in obedience to his commands.
Obedience comes from faith.
Faith comes from hearing the word about Christ.
Love, Fruit of the Spirit, rewards and overcoming sin
all come by living through the Holy Spirit.
Through Him we become complete, lacking nothing.
Testing and being washed clean.
Accept Jesus into Your Life
